What is the return policy?
We typically do not accept returns for personalized/custom items. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us promptly. We are dedicated to resolving any concerns you may have.
When will I get my order?
We’ll get your order ready to ship within the estimated processing time and send you an email with tracking information as soon as it’s on the way. You can find the estimated processing time above the price on each product page.
Delivery times vary by location. We typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with faster shipping options available at checkout.
Custom, made-to-order, and personalized items may have longer processing times than ready-to-ship items.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Choosing a faster shipping method does not shorten the processing time.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are handmade!
Santo's Workshop is based in the Chicago suburbs and creates gifts and accessories from wood, acrylic, vinyl, resin, and other materials using lasers and special printers. For some items, we do source pre-made 'blanks' (coasters, zippered bags, etc.) from suppliers around the globe.
Gifts of Gaia is based in central Illinois and creates nature-inspired goods from resin and other materials.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the size and weight of items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
We typically use USPS Ground Advantage as that is the most economical option.
Please note that:
Santo's Workshop products ship from the Palatine, Illinois area.
Gifts of Gaia products ship from the Peoria, Illinois area.
If you order from both shops, you will receive multiple packages.
